Hoping to raise his son in a safer environment, former undercover vice cop Will Bridger returns to his hometown of Hazard, Wyoming, to take a job as sheriff, only to discover that the peaceful community is being stalked by a ruthless and evil killer for whom the townspeople have become prey.
