Quite an engaging narrator, but Moll Flanders is a much better example of how this sort of thing should be done...

i skipped the last 20 pages of this because it made me too angry lmao. 

as a literature enthusiast, this is a really interesting book to read. aside from that though, it's incredibly outdated. 

i will say though, props to john cleland for writing basically 200 pages of porn and somehow making it somewhat interesting.
