HALLELUJAH AMEN. We only went up to the Reformation so there was less reading. I'm all the happiness.

This book was...okay. I enjoyed some aspects of it, but the weekly reading assignments were just so freaking loooooong. I think I almost fell asleep about 1,283 times while reading this. 

It went into some details I would have preferred NOT to have in my mind (like the sexual relations of the time and just yuck, why did they talk so much about this?), and there is a secular bias, of course, but it actually wasn't too strong. Surprisingly enough, I found myself enjoying bits and pieces of this textbook. You know, the parts that don't discuss the You Know What. :P

Decent textbook but still...it's a textbook. I'm glad to be done with it. (And I'm also panicking because FINALS, PEOPLE. They're happening soon. o.o)
