I don't think I ever read any of Doucet's comics before even though I was heavily into graphic novels and zines at the time, so this is new book is my intro and I'm not sure it's a good first foray. It's a bit difficult to read (you have to read starting at the bottom of the page and read up) and there's a lot of doodles and breaks and not a lot of structure. Maybe that's the point - veering into your memories and your old diaries and re-reading them 20 years later, things tend to get jumbled. Not my bag, but okay.
