Discipleship for Hispanic Introverts Providing a Cross-Cultural Context for Life Change

Knowledge transfer to the masses characterizes the discipleship model in most churches. Many Christian Hispanics exist as spectators only, not ministers, of the gospel. They struggle with even the most basic foundational questions regarding their faith. The solution proposed is life-on-life discipleship, providing a context for life change for introverts and extroverts alike and where every Christian Hispanic multiplies and ministers.
