While I am not a chef, nor do I have any desire to become one, I do enjoy the show "Hell's Kitchen." Somewhere I read that if you like to watch that show read this book. They could not have been more wrong. While there were some funny tales throughout the book, it relied too much on the author's notes that she took during school to make a dish. If I wanted to know how to cut a rabbit's head off in such detail, I would attend cooking school myself. I was expecting a story and ended up instead with a glorified cookbook.

This book just wasn't my cup of tea.
