I guess, in some way, he was able to do what he had planned before coming on this trip.

This was a super quick read but I think the perfect bridge from book 1 to book 3. I think when the series was still indie this was considered a novella but now it’s a book in the series. I really liked it because it added so much to plot line and gave the characters on the world growth which you never really see when it comes to shorter/novella type books. But I do think it being an actual book in the series works since it does so much. But it made me so excited for book 3!

two: ryke meadows is weird, under no circumstance is it okay to say “a man needs to make you cum twice before fucking you” or whatever he said. daisy is a CHILD. ugh. also he’s a c u n t to lily so go away actually.

too much of ryke but not enough lilo and coballoway 😗🤍 this was certainly an enjoyable and quick read!! it was interesting to read about lily and lo’s incredibly difficult journey to recovery and there were a few hilarious scenes lmao 😭 i now love them more than ever ☺️

I liked how we get more in depth with the characters relationship with others. I wouldn't say I loved this book, but I didn't hate it as well. It's a good connecting book following what happened in the previous book, and I can't wait for Lily and Lo to reunite. I think that the first two books aimed to give background information and set up the plot for the rest of the books so I’m not complaining on how this book went. This is a 3 star rating book though, but I loved Connor and Rose so much that I added some points. I'm actually more invested in their relationship than Lily and Lo's. I'm also quite uncomfortable with the whole Daisy and Ryke relationship since Daisy's a minor.

This one was considerably less romance-y than Addicted to You, but I really enjoyed watching Lily's progress and her battle against her addiction, especially when she started figuring out the source of it.
The little moments between Lily and Lo were EVERYTHING to me, they have my heart <3

Ryke's and Daisy's storyline was... weird. I hate it because I really liked Ryke in the previous book, but with this whole flirting with a sixteen-year-old I was so weirded out. Like PLEASE Daisy's age literally adds nothing to the plot, why couldn't the authors age her up a little? And the way they brushed over Ryke being molested... not cool.
