It was intriguing to learn about Winston Churchill’s wife and the contributions she made to England especially during World War II. 

However, this book has no plot. It is a fictional imagination of what Clementine Churchill could have been like. I think I prefer my historical fiction to incorporate real historical figures, but not focus the entire novel on them. There is only so much leeway with someone’s real life.
