Some of the other reviewers say this is a different kind of read, and they're definitely right. I downloaded Insanity based on the recommendation of an online friend and book reviewer. I have to say I have never read another book like this. the author has a very poetic writing style and is a good writer. She pulled me in with her unique story, and especially towards the end, I couldn't put it down. Part of it was because it was so darn unpredictable! The chapters switch between her past life in which she is abused to the present in which she is in an insane asylum. I was guessing until the last moment why she had been put there and the part about her boyfriend definitely creeped me out! I'll just say that you will seriously wondering if she's actually insane or not. I definitely recommend this book, although it might not be for everyone because of the sexual scenes. Going to read book 2 next.

Crazy, sad and lovely. Those are the three words that describe this book. The ending is nuts and while one thing is pretty obvious, the rest is a roller coaster. It is well written and very sad. 

*It does contain pretty strong sexual content for young adults just so you are all aware. It didn't bother me but I know that some people are sensitive about that.
