Adam and Eve

Marcus Van Heller's (John Stevenson), account of a boy and a girl, innocent and in Eve's case somewhat frigid, who flee the countryside for London, him to be a painter, her an actress. Along the way, she trades her innocence for a career, with sometimes disastrous results, he gets caught up in the ecstastic arts scene, the two part, until finally reuniting in an earth-shattering conclusion.
