Enchantment Lake is a fun little mystery about a group of quirky characters that live in a small town near Enchantment Lake in northern Minnesota. Francie receives a phone call from her great aunts telling her that they are in danger. When she arrives, Francie finds there have been a series of "accidents" leaving Francie suspicious that they are actually something more. When she dicovers that all of the victims lived near an area of the lake that is being developed for a new road, she decides to find out more about what really happened to them.

There are so many characters, that it is a little difficult to get to know them all, but that is my only complaint about this interesting mystery filled with humor and unique characters.
