This was a run of the mill MHC novel. It wasn't bad, it wasn't fantastic, but it was good enough. I wonder how much Burke writes of these? Some of it has MHC vibes of her solo books, but this series in particular focuses more on the protagonist than the crimes.

Still, a great theme read and a quick read. If you want something easy and fun, this is for you.
