Good, like that it wasn't too long. Appreciate it providing actionable advice. It could have used a couple more examples in cases where finding the "trigger" for old habits may be less obvious.

I also like that it distills the questions to ask to a few key ones since it would be harder to remember and apply otherwise.

Very useful and thoughtful book. Assume less and listen more. Questions are the tool and medium that can be used to accomplish that.

I must admit I know very little about coaching. I'd like to learn more about it and intentionally experience it one day so this book was my introduction to the topic.
Overall I think this book gives a good quick lesson on how to be more "coachy" but I don't think it explores the topic in depth. The seven questions are great but I also find that they are very far from my management style plus the book doesn't explain which situations are coaching-appropriate.
Sure, I know the questions but this week I haven't encountered a situation where I could ask them. Maybe it's the environment I work in or maybe it's me, the jury is still out.
