Ok in case you didn’t know, which you don’t. But I love Riverdale. No I am OBSESSED with Riverdale. And I wanted to love this book. But it was mostly mediocre for me. If you have watched the show this book doesn’t give you much of a different story. I definitely love the show and 1000% recommend. But this book isn’t necessary.

C'est pas le livre de l'année mais il se laisse lire, on progresse rapidement, l'histoire est écrite simplement et est facile à suivre. On en apprend un peu plus sur les personnages (surtout Veronica et Betty), ce qui permet d'éclaircir certains points de la série.

This is a nice little addition to the tv series but I really didn't feel as though I got anything from it. Also, it just reminded me of how much Archie flipping drives me nuts *insert eyeroll here*

A perfect beginning to the Riverdale series. I loved getting to see what happened before season 1 aired on TV. What led up to these four characters and there lives before hand! Definitely gives you more insight into them!
