Health Interview Survey, 1975

Data collection assessing the amount and distribution of illness, disability, and chronic impairments of the U.S. civilian noninstitutional population. Measures of utilization of medical services and facilities in terms of: types and duration of medical attention, dental care and hospitalizations; uses of prosthetic appliances and devices; and self-treatment were surveyed.
