This book was really cute and sweet at the same time that it was a serious book that talked about problems like mental health and trauma. The characters had a lot of conversations about topics like therapy and coping strategies and in really liked that. And because of the first-person POVs I felt really close to Ben and Ella. However I did felt like the story was kind of rushed, specially by the end of the book, and that annoyed me a little. Other thing that bothered me was how it felt like the only important thing in their lives, specially in Ella's, was their lack of interaction with other people (expect for Jack and Ben's parents) Ella barely interacted with her family and her POVs were basically about Ben. I would have liked to see more scenes of Ella with her family and their dynamic. 
Besides those little issues I really liked this book and would recommend it to my friends.
