I finally found a name for the genre I always liked !
I remember it one of the best Russian lit books I've ever read. It is composed of short novels all of which are a satire of Russian bureaucracy and commitment to administrative hierarchy... An absurd quarrel between statuts (past and present, inferior and superior, ...) It's ridiculously entertaining ! And awfully enough, as it is written everywhere, even Dostoevsky himself declares that all Russian writers come from Gogol's "The overcoat" !
