Patience Wright American Sculptor and Revolutionary Spy

Born in the American Colonies, Patience Wright developed a talent for sculpting, and after moving to England to start her own business, she became a spy for the colonies by hiding messages in the sculpted busts she sent to her sister's waxworks in America.
