I'm going through this series in a rate of knots via audiobooks just to take my mind off other more serious matters. It's a good series and the link with forensic science and science in general is commendable.
My main objection would be to the silly relationship ups and downs between the chinese & american protagonists and particularly the portrayal of Margaret, the American doctor who is professional and intelligent in professional matters and a totally dis in personal affairs. And the 6-pack that the 6 foot tall Chinese policeman has despite his unhealthy habits and never doing any exercise or weights...
