I enjoyed this, lots of interesting ways to think about structuring one’s life. I suspect I’ll be revisiting this multiple times for inspiration.

Real review:
Honestly, this book is what I need right now. I've always been interested in multiple things, usually within different fields and have always struggled with juggling them in my life, especially with the two immovable time blocks in my life known as "work" and "sleep". Barbara Sher writes in a way that makes you go "yes, I can pursue my multiple interests if I work smarter about them, and (more imporantly) I shouldn't depend on my "jobby job" (my words, not hers) to fulfill all those needs. 

In Refuse to Choose! Barbara discusses methods and models to live your life by for fulfilling these desires, and anybody who has the need to pursue many different passions this book is for you. I'm happy I picked it up.
