           I was listening to the audiobook of this while half-asleep, hoping to be spooked by the writing (or at least, the way it was being told), but I didn't quite get the chill and I suppose that is partially my fault for getting into this book whilst sleepy. I can find another time to read this, but not for now, not when I'm unable to appreciate the writing.

Funnily enough, I returned the audiobook earlier because I thought the book wasn't up to my standards enough for me to continue or have it in my library for long. One day, I'll get a physical copy of this and read with a new perspective.
