so i didn't like this books soo much. It wasn't that great, but i think everyone should read this book at least one time, cause everyone i think would find this book differently. i've seen people rate this book as pedofile who loves cats, but personally, i didn't find anything that would be creepy. And my dad when he read it he said he finds that book funny.

The story is clever enough, I guess, and it’s somewhat fun to see what someone in 1956 got right and wrong about 1970 and 2000. But I just couldn’t get past the misogyny. Casual chauvinism, every couple of pages, dozens of examples. Yes, it’s a product of its time, which is instructive, but it’s just too much. Yuck.

4.5 stars, actually, but why on Earth hadn’t I read Heinlein before? Considering this supposedly isn’t one of his best works, I can’t imagine what the “good” ones are like. New favorite Sci-Fi master!
