A very entertaining cold war thriller, cleverly blending real-life course of events with core functional narrative. Plenty of fun puzzling which parts of a blend were historical, and which were fictional. 

Warning about Audible edition for Russian speakers. Russian words, toponyms, etc are mercilessly butchered and mispronounced. Don't get me wrong, a misplaced stress or mangled consonants in a seven-syllable word are fine. But things like pronouncing "dacha" as "dacka" multiple times throughout a 40-hour narration are truly unforgivable.
