The Exposition Universelle has breathed new life into Paris and has revealed one of its oldest secrets. Séverin Montaget-Alarie knows the city better than anyone. When he is contacted by the elite Order of Babel to help them with a mission, they offer him a treasure he thought he would never obtain: his true inheritance.
