You know that feeling when you come across a book that you see for the first time in your life and you like its description so much that you immediately decide to read it, which turns out to be a very good idea because it ends up being one of your favorite stories of the year? This book made me experience that feeling again. 

It was such a beautiful love story about two people who healed and learned to love life together again. A love story about Noah and Charlotte, Noah - extreme athlete, journalist and photographer who traveled around the world until a terrible accident turned his previously colorful world to black, and Charlotte - a Juilliard violinist who lost her love for music after the loss of her brother and who, struggling to make ends meet, decides to take a job as Noah's new assistant. A job that will unexpectedly change their lives into something beautiful and what they needed most. 

I don't want to write much because I think it's best to go into the book without any spoilers, but let me just say that Emma Scott knows how to write emotional stories that will make you cry with both sadness and joy at the end. Noah and Charlotte went through many ups and downs, but in the end they got their own, well-deserved happy ending.

This was my second book by this author and it certainly won't be the last, because despite a few things that I would maybe change a bit, I still loved it.

 This book had been on my TBR for quite a while, and I'm glad I gave it a chance.
 As a blind person my self, I was really excited about this one.
 And it honestly was such a fantastic read.
 When I started this book one of the most important things I did really care about was if the author has done a good enough research before writing the story.
 And from my experience it's been amazing and the author did a great job regarding information about blindness or people with any kind of vision loss.
 This book talks about Nowah Laik who has been so successful, adventurous, and famous reporter who never showed a sign of feer. And suddenly he loses his vision in an accedent during his work, and that left him in a total darkness and lonely without the people he one day be thought they were true friends.
 And after months of therapy, he ended up pushing any one who tried helping him away, but the person who was able to take his hand and lead him from darkness is a wonderful and sweet violinist called Charlotte.
 A brave girl who right from the start decided to never give up on her hero and her love.
 Both of them followed there dreams untill they reached where they always wanted.
 I really enjoyed the plot and I was on the edge from the first feue chapters.
 The only little thing I didn't really like as much was the end, I felt like it's been a little rushed and unbelievable.
 But overall this was definitely an awesome book.
 And I really wanna read more from this great author.
