I don’t usually write reviews, but there are some things I’d like to say about this. 

This book is overall great, a thoughtful book. I got a bit bored at a few parts, but I enjoyed it. There was one thing I was really unsure about, and that’s the emotion, it wasn’t written well at all. Example:

Isabelle is really worried Alice and her father are going to die. They do die, but Isabelle seemed to have no emotions about it. This happened with other characters too, for example Robin, her lover dies and it only seems  to only say ‘she felt dizzy and her vision swam’. That’s not a quote, but that’s what I remember.

I honestly LOVED this. It got off to a bit of a shaky start with me but after a few chapters it got so much better. When I was reading this book I felt like I was really there in those pages dealing with the protagonists problems. Every time something bad happened in the book I felt my heart hit the pit of my stomach ❤️. I’m going to have a hard time forgetting this book, it’ll be on my mind for ages. Definitely would recommend.
