Cons:
- The first half is kinda boring/obvious, but might be important to a different audience.
- Some of "psychological research findings" do not replicate or are over-generalizations.

Pros:
- The second half is quite good.
- Simple technique for robust estimation with Fibonacci sequence
- The bullet points at the end of each chapter would help to ensure that we are using the methodology to it full potential.

There are a number of cases set to prove it can be applied to anything. 

What it is? It's a great guide to learn the basics about how to use this Agile framework to build more human-friendly dynamics in teamwork while doubling achievements.

What is it not? It isn't a vademecum for expert level readers aiming for mastery in their Agile practice.

This is a nice description of the SCRUM methodology, its origins, ceremonies, characters involved, goals and metrics. It works great as an introduction, however it could leave you wanting for more if you have specific doubts about this topic.
