After reading some of the reviews of this story, I thought I might be in for a let down, but I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. This is a typical McCloud brothers book with the heroine in distress, but generally able to aid the would be suitor in getting them both out of trouble. Usually, though, the ending of the McCloud books have a more emotional falling out before the hero and heroine finally see their need for one another. This one lacked a little of that emotional depth at the end, but otherwise, a very good entry into the McCloud series.
