sometimes all you want to read is the overpowered Mc completely flooring the stock enemy and you know what that's completely alright !!! interesting premise even though it did get bland by the end when he started to become a little Too op -- i didn't like how they introduced romance either it felt way too forced they should've mainly just stuck to what they did well in. also why did he instantly get the manwha face + build the second he levelled up omg someone bring the og sung jinwoo back 😭😭😭

probably a 2 for characters and depth but a nice 6.5 for personal enjoyment.. Sue me

The audio on this book is fantastic. Actor Ki Hong Lee does a great job with the audio. I like that the inflections and cadences feel Korean. It fits well with the book and I'm glad that the company chose a Korean narrator. 

The story itself is great. I am desperate to get my eyes or ears on volume 2. I enjoy the characters and way their story is being told. The whole time I was listening to it, I was imaging what a great Kdrama this story would make. The story has similar gory fantasy vibes to the drama Sweet Home, which was also adapted from a web story.

When Jinwoo gets his rank reevaluated, the results are even better than hecould have dreamed of...but more importantly, a chance to heal his motherfrom her strange illness falls into his lap. In order to find the cure, hemust make his way further into the Demon's Castle--and now thatthere's finally hope at the end of the tunnel, nothing can get in hisway.
