Overall it was a fun read, with a touch of HGTV. I think there were a lot of cute parts, but it was lacking depth for me. No epilogue, which always makes me big sad.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Was it my all time favorite romance? No. But was I smiling for most of it? Yes. 

What I didn't like:
-FADE TO BLACK. I know some people like clean romances... I am not one of them. I was waiting for the pay off of all that sexual tension and then just.... nothing. I realize this complaint is probably a huge selling point for others; I just feel like the relationship would have been even stronger with a little sprinkle of spice.
-Length of the book. I felt like there were some unnecessary plots, or just too much focus on smaller plots which added unnecessary length to this book. Some parts dragged for me and I think that could have been avoided by taking out some of the minor subplots (or at least shortening them).
-Overdone cheesiness at the end. Listen, I love romance's and rom-coms for their cheesy factor, but there is a line into too much cheesiness and this book did a great job towing that line until the end. I felt like the last few chapters went overboard on the metaphors and it was almost nauseating at that point. But, this wasn't until the very end of the book, so in the grand scheme of things not that big of a complaint.

What I liked:
-LOVED the chemistry between these characters. I was pretty hooked from the beginning and could tell these two would be a great pair to read about.
-FUN, FLIRTY BANTER. I live for good banter in a book. It really makes or breaks a book for me, and this one delivered. 
-BETS. I don't know if "making a bet" technically counts as a trope, but it's honestly one of my favorite things to read about in romance books. I feel like when the love interests make a bet with each other there is always great banter and sexual tension to follow. This book was full of it and I loved every second of those chapters. Petition for more books to include this!
-Really enjoyed the tie-in to Ten Rules for Faking It. I think these books are standalones, but they honestly could be part of a series of inter-connected standalones because of all the cameos that Chris and Evelyn made in this book. It was fun to see them reappear and get a glimpse into their happy ever after.

Overall:
Solid 4 star romance read. Really enjoyed this fun enemies-to-lovers (although I don't know if you can really classify it as that considering they weren't enemies for very long). The characters had great chemistry and it was a really easy read.

A cute romcom about neighbors who go from hating one another to working together on remodeling one of their houses to falling head over heels. Grace & Noah help one another step out of the shadows of their lousy parents and build who they want to be along side each other.

This book is really cute but I feel like I needed a bit more of them actually arguing and having the enemies part of the book. I think that the manipulating part should have lasted a bit longer but maybe that's just me.

This was such a fun and cute read. From the beginning it had me hooked and just what I needed over the holiday weekend. Grace inherited her grandparents house on the beach and decides to move into it so she doesn't have to pay rent but her neighbor Noah is wanting to buy her house and get out from under his fathers shadow. There were times that I did not enjoy Noah's character. It was a slow burn of Enemies to Lovers but overall it was a good one. Normally I am not a fan of contemporary romance but have been dipping my toes into it.

How to Love Your Neighbor is another sweet “enemies to lovers” story. The characters are endearing and easy to root for.
I did find the plot a bit scattered and felt like the ending didn’t quite provide a full resolution to what was built up in the story. The hate to love part of the story seemed to resolve itself very quickly, making way for other plot points. It made me wonder if How to Love your Neighbor was really the best title for the story. Making a House a Home would have been more appropriate. 

But it was a fun read that I enjoyed!

This was really cute. It’s Set in the same ‘universe’ as “Ten Rules to Faking It” which you should read first, and that was a nice surprise. It was almost the same in a way but that didn’t make me like it any less, almost more seeing the brothers follow their own similar paths. Read it in one sitting

If you mixed The Hating Game with an interior design show on HGTV, you would get this book. It had all the aspects I enjoy from a hate-to-love trope. Grace and Noah couldn't be more different which leads to a lot of head-butting, but after they take the time to get to know one another, they realize they aren't so different. There was this sweetness to their relationship that felt very tender and vulnerable, and I liked them together, despite their stubborn moments. I would've liked to have seen the nagging banter stretched out a teensy bit more before they got together, but that's just me being nit-picky. Aside from Noah and Grace's relationship, I also liked the interior design aspect as well as the secondary characters. While it didn't knock me off my feet, I still think it was a cute read.

In this fun enemies-to-lovers romp, we meet Grace. She’s just barely getting by as she finishes up her degree in interior design. Surprise! She has inherited a house from relatives she has never really met before. And wouldn’t you know it, her mom wants the house too. Then we meet Noah. Ahhhh Noah…you know the type. His money talks and if that doesn’t work, then he falls back on his charm. He’s broken away from his father’s business and is trying to make it on his own. It’s not so easy, but it could be if he could JUST. BUY. THE. HOUSE. NEXT. DOOR. I think you can guess who lives there 🤣

In a move no one saw coming, Grace and Noah both begin to work together for a redecorating project featured in a huge magazine that can really launch both their careers, if they can just work together!

I loved this story from start to finish. I’ve heard that Sophie’s first novel features Noah’s brother, so now I must go and read all about him too!

I loved the mix of viewpoints for both Grace and Noah, especially when they would be together, but then leaving each other to deal with their respective family. The romance is Hallmark worthy, and I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough.

My only complaint was that when the book ended, I still wanted to know what happened next, and after that, and then after that. I didn’t want to leave this world!

Now I must go finish the book I’ve been reading so I can devour Ten Rules for Faking It!

Overall it was a quick, simple, cute read. It was a total fluff read, nothing to serious or difficult to read. An enemies (rivals) to love story that was light hearted and overall adorable. The characters were described as having a lot of chemistry but it wasn't shown very well, a lot of fade to black was shown. 

I'd give it about a 3.5 which goodreads doesn't allow 😂

How to Love your Neighbor was a cute, fun read. It was definitely more of a light read but did have a few moments of drama. I did find myself a little tired of how much back and forth was happening between the main characters, though I found myself smiling over how sweet some moments. Overall, I really found it to be an enjoyable read.
