The Berlin Affair

The setting is Berlin, 1989, a metropolis of three million people 110 miles behind the Iron Curtain. Marianne Tucker, still emotionally wounded from being jilted at the altar, starts her life anew in Berlin. Working as a Foreign Service Passport Officer at the American Consulate, she encounters her runaway ex-fiancé and tangles with the woman who had destroyed their lives.
