Sunny is a lovely story about children in an orphanage and their daily lives coexisting with one another. Sunny is a 70s car and this story is also set in the 70s. The art style is very distinct and beautiful so be careful to remember the story too! When you're reading this manga it is kind of like you're experiencing you're own childhood whilst trying to understand the the childhoods of all of the characters encountered in Sunny. Nevertheless, I did not grow up in the 70s but it makes me think about my life as a child and how different everyone's coming of age experience is. I cannot wait to read more from this Manga series and learn more about the other characters too. There is a subtle blend of fantasy and reality in this novel as we delve into the imaginations of the characters too.
