Wright was full of himself? I think this author is. He puts as many humongous words as he can in one page. Not only that, the sentences ran on and felt way too much. Got a bad feel from this book and it doesn't reflect well on the author's writing style. Footnotes? What was the purpose? I didn't feel that it was useful, when he could have just put it in the story itself. 

This book was a fail for me. Just couldn't get behind his need to make himself feel smarter with the big words and the cramming of sentences.
