the mutual pining!!! the angst!!! loved all of it. Whilst it was quite heavy at some points, it did not feel stressful. There was also a bit of humor which is always nice. I felt for the characters and oh my the anxiety rep, so well done, as Talia Hibbert always does. Loved it.

ps. the main character's grandma was a whole mood. I wanna be her when I grow up: she moved to a farmhouse in Scotland and owns lots of cats and a dog????? I mean, THE DREAM.

this was the cutest shit ever wtf🥹🥹🥹 on my quest to read all of talia hibbert's books, this is definitely on my top 3. second chance romance, best friends to lovers, the entire book is PINING and cute lil moments AND LOTS OF KITTENS ???? quite literally a perfect scenario.

OH HEY!!! I finished a book for the first time in forever!!

Granted, it's a very short, very sweet book, but I really enjoyed it!! Perfect for the start of the holiday season, I related so so much to Abbie and I wanted to hug her so bad, and Will was just... what a man, y'all. I might or might not be on the lookout for more holiday-themed romances now 👀

God how I missed Talia Hibbert's writing so much!! Even tho this was too short (and one of the cutest and beautiful christmas novella idc) it didn't disappoint one bit and I'm so happy I read it!! Abbie is so damn strong, I fell in love with her so quickly but the truth is William is the one who truly stole my heart ugh that man is everything, where can I get myself a William? Please the way he always loved her and care for her, I'm getting emotional just thinking about it!! They deserved a bigger book but god it was everything and loved it so so much!
Thank you Talia for this and Will and Abbie stole my precious heart with such a short book and tbh I don't even care, take it and take care of him for me!!

a pretty good book to get me out of a reading slump and to fill the hours of time between studying for finals, pretty good holiday read but was lacking the usual punch Talia Hibbert packs in her books (likely a result of it being a "Kobo Original"), nonetheless enjoyed it very much

Very cute and sweet!! I adore Talia Hibberts writing style, she has such a hilarious and genuine way of writing, it’s so quirky and fun! I really appreciated the anxiety representation in this and Will was just GOALS!!! Highly recommend reading this one! Very cute!

Wrapped Up In You by Talia Hibbert is the perfect quick Christmas read!

It has festivity, friends to lovers romance and cats and to be honest, I don’t ask for much more than that in a Christmas book!

It was a fun read but also covers some heavy subjects, like past domestic abuse. Hibbert always deals with tough subjects in realistic and careful ways and this book followed suit.

For such a short book, there was so much character depth! I feel like I know the same amount about these characters from reading a 127 page novella than I do from reading entire book series about some characters! I really liked the characters too. They’re honest and real. I loved that despite it looking like Will Reid has the perfect life from the outside, Hibbert showed how things aren’t always as you see in the media. What I loved even more was Hibbert’s choice to have her character remove himself from what everyone saw as a “perfect” life because his happiness was more important. That’s such an impactful storyline. That even if people think you have a wonderful life with a good job and money and you’re good looking, it doesn’t necessarily mean you’re happy and it’s ok to take yourself out of that life for your own benefit and progression.

It did feel a little rushed, I think this would’ve worked better as a full novel to completely get the benefit of the storyline (and to get some of Hibbert’s trademark steaminess) but I enjoyed it nonetheless!
