That’s it! I’m done! I’m in love with all three of them! So many emotions with this story. I’m still trying to come to terms with everything I read. I made fifteen highlights and there should have been so many more but I was that into the book that I forgot to highlight! That’s what I have. Just go read Hate! I’m on to Kate!

This one was my favorite of the 4! SO SPICY AND UGH. I loved it. These boys have crawled under my men hating skin. MK is such a fun MC to read from the POV. Very entertaining read. I didn't want it to end!

Why are there 4 books in this series? I honestly think that with 3 it would be enough seeing as each book is the same as the other, the only difference is the endings… again, a standard book in the series. The only thing that makes me give it 3⭐️ is the ending and spicy scenes.

i definitely believe this series could've been 3 books instead of 4. there's a lot of changes and developments in MK's relationship with the guys throughout the series but the main mystery plotline about the stalker is being seriously dragged out.

i've loved MK's character in the books so far but she's such a dumbass in this one. considering she has a crazed stalker, you'd think she'd be a bit more careful but nope. she's too blind to see the big creeper vibes a certain someone is giving off just because she wants a friend.

however...

the angst and build-up between MK and Archer was so worth pushing myself to continue reading. i really love how after the bomb is dropped at the end of book 2, Archer's attitude changes completely. you can tell how relieved he is that everything is out in the open - still doesn't dismiss he was too much of an asshole to tell her himself though.

"Archer D'Ath wasn't the big bad villain I'd always painted him as. He was more of a dark knight. My dark knight.

the 3 guys are all as loveable as ever but Kody is still, and probably always will be, strongly my favourite.

after that gut wrenching ending i'm straight onto book 4. i just hope all the answers and big reveals aren't disappointing after this much of a build up.

Fake was a GD roller coaster from the start, especially after how Liar ended. I honestly expected some serious ish to go down in this book with it being 3 out of 4, and I wasn’t disappointed. Like I said, roller coaster.

Arch fiiiinally removed his head from his anal sphincter, thank god. Although the wait was well worth it and I loved how he & MK finally worked their issues out. Kody and Steele are their usual sweethearts, ugh I love em. & MK, one of my all time favorites MFCs, went from being a total brat in the first book to a complete BA in this one, and I’m here for it. Love. That. Growth. She was starting to accept her feelings for the boys and I was getting lulled into a false sense of hope and started rooting for a HEA...

I should’ve known better, BUT I wasn’t freaking expecting was to have my heart ripped out like that. 

I really wasn’t. 

I still have hope though.

Like the first two books in the Madison Kate series, Fake had me hooked and I couldn’t get enough of it. Admittedly, at the end of Liar, I had to do a bit of a facepalm because of the classic ‘your father sold you.’ But I was quick to get over that. 

I really loved how in Fake we got more of a look into Archer’s character. He particularly got on my nerves in the previous books - he was just so hot and cold and it really pissed me off, so I really liked how we got more of his backstory and gained an understanding of why he’s acted the way he did. Of course, that being said, I still have an infinite amount of love for Kody, with Steele coming in at a close second - sorry Archer! In addition to this, I really loved the development of MK as a character - I feel like she keeps getting better.

There’s still a heck ton of mystery going on in Fake and I had so so many theories about who could be the stalker and/or murderer. And of course, Tate continues to up the spice and danger and I am absolutely here for it!

Fake is definitely my favourite in the series so far, but again?! Another cliffhanger?! This one was absolutely brutal so make sure you have the final instalment in the series in very close proximity - you’ll want to start it instantly!

I got sucked into Madison Kate’s world. I binged this series in a matter of days, and I will say that book three was my absolute favorite out of the three! I’ve been not so secretly been rooting for Archer, because let’s be honest he was the underdog here and had a LOT to own up to. 

The steam was OFF. THE. CHARTS. HOT. I love that this book has a little of everything. It’s dark and it’s full of grit and angst. Madison Kate takes zero shit and she is a bad ass bitch. Where do I sign up to be her best friend???!! 

Now onto this cliffhanger. Not going to say things. But you simply need to read this series. End of story. You won’t regret this! Tate James, I CANNOT wait for Kate. You wrote a masterpiece!

This book destroyed me in so many ways! The one way it destroyed me that I can detail without any spoilers, is that it kept me up all night reading! I absolutely couldn't put this book down and before I knew it, it was 2:30am in the morning and I had to be up by 6:30am to drive my kid to school. Absolutely destroyed, asleep on my feet all day, but it was so worth it! MK is so awesome, I love how she refused to let her guys control her and of course the guys are still their sexy as hell alpha male selves. This is probably the first series I've ever read that I haven't been able to figure out the plot by the middle of the story and that just makes it even more awesome. I'm still guessing, still trying to figure out who it is coming after MK. I am so invested in this story and I can't wait for the next book to finally figure it all out!!

This was so good and worth the extreme stress while reading. The Archer angst almost killed me but we all seem to have lived through it 🙏 there were some really good/sweet relationship moments in this and of course, as always, major heat. 
I really like the stalker developments and the new side characters / how they drive the plot. Everything keeps getting more tangled and I’m really looking forward to finding out the truth. Tate James has really outdone herself with all the layers in this, I think it’s my favorite series by her yet.
