Book Four of the Lightbringer series

Fun read couldn't put it down. Sanderson is the best as always

Just read it... its funny mildly erotic exciting and you will fall in love with Kip more than ever. Also you feel like you are there with The Mighty....

I enjoyed this one less than the books before: 
1) It felt like filler material, like a transition to the true finale.
2) Kip was sent away from the center of the action to a side show I wasn't interested in, and most of his chapters centered entirely on his cringy marital issues, which also felt like a distraction from all the very important tensions built up previously. I wanted his narrative arc to have more meaning. 

That said, I enjoyed all of the other viewpoints, the book was incredibly gripping and twisty as Brent Week's novels always are. The prose was great, and I found myself highlighting a lot of awesome lines and brilliant dialogue. I'm very much looking forward to the final book and trust Weeks to stick a great landing - can't wait to see what happens.

Absolutely brilliant. Brent Weeks doesn't fail, yet again, and you can feel the story starting to really come together. I look forward to the next book, anything Brent writes, as well as anything he recommends.

This was my favorite one!! Kip is getting super BA. Andross has shot up to be my favorite character. And Gavin is the most mysterious still. I have so many questions. Brent Weeks is a genius writer!
