This book was alright.. I have liked her other books more for sure. It didn't make sense to me that someone would have that much money, but not have a nanny or any help. It seemed like a wild character change at the end of the book for the FMC. It just seemed like an entire book of he said, she said with everyone actually being the bad guys.

           I loved this book! Annotated it, and was in shock almost every 30 or so pages. Was not expecting the ending but well deserved.

Liked it, it's been a while since I read a good domestic thriller.

There no limit to my love and dedication to Shari Lapena. The End of Her was beautifully written, in true Lapena light. She keeps you hooked with the twists and turns of the story. Usually, I don't like books that have multiple point of views but Lapena does it with such grace and it really makes the book that much better. 
Patrick and Stephanie Kilgour are struggling with their new twin girls and life in general when a woman pokes holes into their life and raises doubts about everything. That's not even a good description but there's no much importance and I don't want to spoil anything. 
READ THIS BOOK. READ SHARI LAPENA. SHES AMAZING

Just kind of...meh for me. Interesting story, but too many characters without any development. I wasn’t really invested or rooting for any of them. Several unanswered questions at the end. I am a fan of the author, so I was disappointed.

Qué ganas tenía de volver a leer a mi querida Shari Lapena. Es una de mis escritoras favoritas de thriller y tenía muchas ganas de leer su nueva novela. Y no ha decepcionado.

En esta historia nos encontramos a Stephanie y Patrick, una joven pareja que acaban de ser padres y todo les sonríe. Viven en un buen barrio de Nueva York, Patrick tiene un buen trabajo y sus hijas lo son todo para ellos. Pero no todo es tan bonito. Ahora ha aparecido Erica, una persona del pasado de Patrick que pondrá sus vidas patas arriba.

He disfrutado muchísimo de esta novela. Me ha mantenido intrigada en todo momento, sin parar de leer, con ganas de saber qué ocurre y con esa tensión e incertidumbre de no saber qué será lo próximo que va a pasar en la historia. Eso me encanta en los thrillers, esa tensión y angustia por saber qué ocurrirá. Me ha encantado ese sentimiento mientras leía esta novela. Súper intrigante, emocionante y con unos giros en la historia increíbles. Primero piensas que un personaje es culpable luego no, luego te lo parece otro.

El final es completamente abierto. Ese epílogo nos deja con una incógnita y sin saber cosas. Quizá me hubiera gustado que se cerrara todo y saber 100% todos los detalles. Pero no saber ciertas cosas y dejarlas a tu imaginación también es algo que me gusta. El creer y pensar lo que yo creo que ha ocurrido también mola y ha sido un punto muy guay.
No sé si la autora tiene intención de en la siguiente novela resolver ese final o dejarlo así. En cualquier caso, me ha gustado el final.

"Su último día" es una novela adictiva, entretenida y que te mantiene pegada a las páginas desde el minuto uno hasta el finalm. Un thriller atrapante, emocionante, adictiva y que he disfrutado muchísimo. Me han enganchado mucho y me ha encantado 😍

I’m really debating whether to give this a 4-4.5 stars. It was a really really good thriller and the ending didn’t necessarily give you a definitive answer. So, if you need an ending that wraps the book up nicely and doesn’t leave you questioning what exactly happened to a particular character then this may not be for you. 

Starting off with Stephanie and Patrick, first time parents to two colicky twins. They’re sleep deprived, getting barely 6 hours of sleep and living off caffeine. Full blown exhaustion. Once a woman enters their lives from Patrick’s past, she claims that he murdered his ex wife and shares how horrible he truly is, their lives end up going downhill then it already has. It’s a cat and mouse game of who really done it and we follow multiple point of views between the people who are all keeping secrets to themselves. 

Overall, I really liked this book and don’t have that many feelings or thoughts attached to it. Just a really good read.

           I liked all of the shari lapena books I've read so far but I'm getting tired of the cliff hangers. This one isn't as bad as the others I read but the cliff hangers are predictable now. Which is what you don't want.

A fun fast paced thriller

I enjoyed this book for the simple fact that it was quick and easy to read. The characters are mostly unlikeable and untrustworthy but it was a good bit of fun with a few twists and turns thrown in for good measure!
