"But that's deeply unfair," Alia replied, a firm resolve in her voice.

"Indeed," Renn agreed, his gaze steady on his young student. "But take solace in the fact that Asimov later included notable female characters in his works. In 'Foundation's Edge' and 'Foundation and Earth', the character Bliss plays a significant role. Progress, though sometimes slow, is inevitable."

"So, we've evolved from those times?" Alia asked.

"Yes, our society has evolved," Renn affirmed. "Modern adaptations of these works, like the 'Foundation' series on the Hypernet, have made efforts to address this imbalance, featuring a gender-balanced cast of characters. Les 3 tomes ne sont pas à 5 étoiles mais globalement la trilogie principal du cycle de fondation est un coup de coeur. Tellement de retournement de cerveaux, j'adore ça !
