Unpredictable and audacious.
It didn't appeal to me at first but I fell in love with it as I finally got in to reading it. Most of the time I didn't even know what's going on. So much happened in such a short span of time which is great, of course. Really great but there were mysteries that weren't filled in. Some questions that were still lingering, that were never answered. I wish Gaiman could have emphasized what Bod truly was, and why he was so important. I wish Gaiman could have discussed The Honor Guard a bit more. I think it would've been more exciting and stuff if said suggestion did happen but oh well! Booby-trapped with plot twists, I fall into every single one of them every single time. Quite the frenzy, this book. Absolutely adored the concept! I felt that it could have developed into something even more colossal than it already is but w/e.

I was really shocked when I read Gaiman's The Graveyard Book that I just didn't care for it much. It was a good book, I just couldn't seem to connect to the story. Until I read the graphic novel. The story in these two volumes is tighter, and Bod felt more real as I watched him grow. I also totally bawled at the end compared to my lackluster finish of the novel. Would definitely recommend this version!

Çok güzeldi. Zaten kitaba bayılmıştım. Bu da çok iyiydi. Ama açıkçası ben bazı karakterleri daha farklı hayal etmiştim. O yüzden ilk başta alışmam biraz zaman aldı ama sonradan alıştım. Ayrıca bazı hayal edemediğim şeyleri görmek de iyi oldu gerçekten. Yani bence kitabı okuyup sevdiyseniz kesinlikle alın ve okuyun bunu da.

4.5 stars!! I loved this!! the humour is just up my street and i loved a lot of the illustrations in this (although there were some illustrators I preferred more than others) - a perfect spooky graphic novel

I love this story and the graphic novel format really added magic to it. 
I like that there are many different fantasy elements intertwined in this, and the way it deals with death as an extension and a part of life.
Also, Bod and Silas are great characters. I kind of wish Silas had his own book.
