Really 3.5. Missed the other denizens of Three Pines in the telling but still a great read. It dealt with a very important topic, read it to find out what I mean :-D

Throughout the years we've been able to follow Louise' own journey in the books, as she explores her views on various subjects. While I absolutely agree on everything this book says, I didn't find it working very well for the Gamache universe to spend so much time on her own views of real world issues. If that makes sense.
