I liked the overall structure of the book, how it goes from first highlighting the problem, then adding measurements around it, and finally moving to what to do about if (including when the asshole is the one looking back in the mirror). I'm subtracting one star because I believe the content could have been delivered in half the amount of pages, at times it was a bit repetitive.
