The Social Animal by Elliot Aronson it's like a guide for becoming a better communicator. The only reason I gave it 4 of out 5 stars is because the writing style is mostly rigid. Quite understandable to be honest, the writer is a Harvard graduate. It's definitely something you must read if you're interested in understanding how people operate.
