Outstanding. It took me a long time to finish the book; no fault of the book itself though! Mesmerizing.

EDIT: here’s the thing. The more you read, the more you learn. Churchill put Indians in concentration camps. The British government first barricaded the underground and wouldn’t let its own citizens shelter there. That this book doesn’t reference any shameful bits is shameful.
