I absolutely loved this book!!! It was soooo dark and just smut perfection. The ending of this book had me crying like a baby I don’t want to give anything away but so worth the read!

This series is everything! So dark, so depraved and just everything that I’ve been searching for to read. Once I got out of my little reading slump, I couldn’t put this down. It had me on the edge of my seat, waiting with bated breath for the inevitable!

Estoy emocionalmente destruída. Tillie una vez más me demuestra la capacidad de jugar con las emociones de los lectores de una buena forma.

La construcción de cada personaje que leí en este libro fueron increíbles. Los sentimientos que ellos me transmitían no los puedo comenzar a explicar.

María, un alma rota que a pesar de todo jamás pierde la esperanza en la bondad de las personas. La fe y la sumisión son una misma en su alma. Y lo entiendo totalmente, ni siquiera me molestó que ella fuera sumisa porque la relación que comparte con Raphael es tan hermosa.

Raphael que toda su vida fue un acto de dolor tras otro, que fue juzgado y llamado “demonio” tantas veces que lo creyó, que jamás había conocido lo que era amar hasta María.

Lo juro, el deseo y fantasía de Raphael me tenía llorando hasta el último capítulo, por un momento pensé que lo había hecho, que había logrado lo que tanto quería.

El final me gustó demasiado, me encantó que María encontrara su propósito y una familia en Los Caídos, y sobre todo que ayudara a Gabriel con su carga. 

Espero ver una novela o más de ellos como pareja en un futuro, y estoy ansiosa por ver qué más nos sigue trayendo Tillie en esta serie.

Raphael (Deadly Virtues #1) By Tillie Cole

Tillie Cole is an amazing author who was able to make me question my sanity. At first I found Raphael’s character interesting. Slowly I was captivated by his gentleness towards Maria. Then that first hum of “Ring a-round the Roses” children song/rhyme had me creeped out. From there on I was up and down how I felt about his character. One minute I was falling for his gentleness and protectiveness towards Maria and the next his actions would creep me out. Yes he is a broken character but I seriously thought he was not right in the head. 

Oh Gabriel the leader of The Fallen (Raphael, Bara, Uriel, Diel, Sela and Michael.), my heart ached for him. 

Wish had more of the secondary characters. When together they brought some interesting moments and humor to this dark read. I hope Diel is next he definitely caught my attention.

The Fallen: Genesis is a prequel novella must be read before Raphael. It really helps you to know what The Fallen have been through. Raphael was twisted and unpredictable. An interesting follow up and a good solid set up for who ever is next.
