SO funny, as usual, and the narrator is truly amazing!
I can't get enough of those characters, and even though the plot was not my favorite (I didn't care for the Egyptian setting that much) I loved the book as always!

I really enjoyed the other instalments in the Parasol Protectorate series but Timeless just didn't do it for me. It is really weak compared to the other books, lacks humour and feels quite dull. A disappointing ending to an enjoyable series.

4 stars. This one was better than Heartless to me. I loved that it took the story outside of England again like in earlier books. I was at first put off by how absent my number one character in this series was (I'll just tell you it's Genevieve Lefoux). She's there but not really that important at all throughout the entire book. I missed the camaraderie that Alexia and her had, that's pretty much gone. But the trade off is that I love baby Prudence. I appreciated that she's not some miracle over powered prodigy child. Just like Alexia, her "powers" are pretty limited, and need to be applied with wit for them to be of any use. I love Gail Carrigers writing and plan on reading all of her books!

My first book finished in 2021! This was a perfectly fine entry into this series. It was witty and quick paced. Packed with werewolves, vampires, British dandies, a bit of steampunk, paranormal babies, and a trip to Egypt! These books are like fast food for me. No real nutritional (I always forget what happened almost immediately after reading) value but a treat nonetheless!

by the fifth book I realized that the whole series could've had a completely different direction after the first book, and honestly, I'm a bit upset... still a funny and enjoyable read.

I fully appreciate how well this series tied up its loose ends, this novel was a wonderful ending.

So many shenanigans through the story, as well as plot and character development. It was a great ending to the series.
