Triggers

When an assassin's bullet strikes President Seth Jerrison, he is rushed to the same hospital where a memory experiment is taking place. Then a terrorist bomb detonates and the resulting electromagnetic pulse allows a random group of people to access one another's minds--including classified information known only to the President.
