This small book was a good start to an interesting idea - I wanted more though! And yes, I am aware that Godin's ideas are fleshed out elsewhere, and that the point of this book is not to go into depth on the cultural impact of society so far, and the rise of mass consumerism, and the anthropological precedent of the mass v. the weird... but I wanted more!

Nonetheless, Godin's writing style is conversational, and very well articulated. This book is concise but not abrupt - it felt more like an extended blog post.

I liked it, and was intrigued, but I won't recommend it if someone wants a solid introduction to the ideas encapsulated here... unless they say "I only have 30 minutes".
