If you can get past the first 60 pages of this novel, you will most likely enjoy it. I understand wanting to capitalize on the popularity of "Downton Abbey" and have a book where characters watch the show. However, this book had a strange pace. The ending is predictable, but in a reassuring way, like a chick flick.
