My Summer of the Lions

Martins mother is dead and his father seems too preoccupied with his own grief to care what his son gets up to. The only friends Martin can talk to are a couple of old zoo lions, Felix and Felicity. But they can't help him when his life of petty crime starts to spiral out of control. Suggested level: primary, intermediate, junior secondary.
