I am pretty new to manga, and tend to avoid violence and gore, but I still really enjoyed this one.

The gore was not so graphic and unrelenting as to spoil the enjoyment of the story for me; in fact, the relative scarcity of such scenes enabled any violent deaths that WERE shown to be suitably shocking.

The negatives for me were fairly minor.
Some of the dialogue felt a bit awkward (perhaps as a consequence of translation?) and there were occasional moments of mild comic relief that seemed somewhat random and unnecessary. 
The nature, origins and parameters of the curse on Class 3 were pretty convoluted, and frankly made little sense; the first time the curse was explained, I was deeply confused. Anyway, once I finally began to understand the curse and accept its seemingly arbitrary rules, I managed to get into the plot and enjoyed trying, alongside the protagonist, to find a solution to Class 3's nightmare... and clearly failed, given that I was surprised by the ending.

Above all, the artwork is beautiful.

To stop the vicious cycle gripping his new school, Koichi decides to get to the bottom of the curse, but is he prepared for the horror that lies ahead...?
